Working out with weights is one of the best exercises for your back. In addition to strengthening the muscles that support your spine, it helps to improve posture and relieve stress.

6. Wear proper shoes

Sore feet and legs are one of the main causes of back pain. Wearing the right type of footwear is critical to avoiding back pain.

7. Stretch

Stretching is another key component of any exercise routine. Stretching can relieve tension and loosen up tight muscles, which will help alleviate back pain.

8. Meditate

Meditation is another great way to relieve stress and reduce tension in your body. When you meditate regularly, you’ll be less prone to back pain.
